- Description
- This is a Special Notice seeking industry expertise for a proposed Concessions Contract to provide food and beverage services at the Thomas P. O’Neill, Jr. Federal Building located at 10 Causeway Street, Boston, MA 02222. The General Services Administration (GSA) has a requirement for food and non-alcoholic drink services to be provided at the Thomas P. O’Neill, Jr. Federal Building (the “Facility”) on the second floor within the current cafeteria and sitting area footprint. The prospective concessions contract (the “Contract”) will grant the contractor the right to use the cafeteria at the Facility to furnish food and nonalcoholic drinks to Federal employees working at the Facility, contractors working at the Facility, and visitors to the Facility. The prospective Contract is a “no-cost” type concessions contract. The GSA incurs no financial liability under the Contract and the Contractor has no expectation of payment from the GSA or any other component of the Federal Government for it performing the Contract. The Contractor is entitled to all of the fees it collects for performing the Contract. The Contractor is liable for all costs related to the performance of the Contract and the GSA’s liability under the Contract is ($0.00) zero.GSA is requesting interested parties reach out to Huy Le at huy.le@gsa.gov or David Mark at david.mark@gsa.gov to schedule a site visit to view the cafeteria, the sitting area, and to answer any questions that the Contractor may have about the building or the draft solicitation. Prior to that meeting, we will provide the draft solicitation documents to the Contractor for comments, questions, and other considerations.
