Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLEThis is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The 10 Contracting Squadron, Air Force Academy, CO intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for one (1) Integre ProScan - Green Multi-Color Scanning Photocoagulator to Ellex Inc, 7138 Shady Oak Road, Minneapolis, MN, 55344. Market research associated with a Request for Information (RFI #1401648) via GSA eBuy was performed and shown to support the sole source determination. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
