Description

This Notice (D-20-DC-0005) is to announce the US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA’s), intention to procure 75 (brand name) PropPlus 32 Electric (Black) Varidesks (stock# 43303) pursuant to FAR Part 13.302 Simplified Acquisition Methods/Purchase Orders on a sole source basis. This is an announcement only. This is not a request for quotation (RFQ) or request for proposal (RFP). Vendors may indicate their interest by submitting their capability statement to Nancy Costello, nancy.a.costello@usdoj.gov. The company that will provide the required supplies is Varidesk, 1221 S. Beltline Rd, Suite 500, Coppell, TX 75019-4957. A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached.
