- ==============AMENDMENT 03==============The purpose of Amendment 03 is to:- Amend due dates for Volume I to 31 December 2019 and the due date for all other Volumes to 17 January 2020- Update/align PWS and Cost/Price Model task numbers- Update Sections L and M- Post Questions and Answers received==============AMENDMENT 02==============The purpose of this amendment is to remove the "LOCKED" document uploaded in error. ==============AMENDMENT 01==============The purpose of AMENDMENT 01 is to clarify RFP suspenses and to upload additional attachments. Please note the following updates:- Section L (Amendment_01_J-24 Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors): Volume I, Past Performance, is due 13 December 2019, all other Volumes are due 31 December. RFP questions are due 26 November 2019. - CDRLs A001, A002, and A026 have been uploaded.- BETA.SAM.GOV has replaced Federal Business Opportunities. Please continue to monitor BETA.SAM.GOV for announcement updates.If the attachment is showing as either “LOCKED” or includes the statement “LOADED IN ERROR” please ignore. Please contact the Contracting Officer, Contract Specialist, and RFP inbox (55CONS.IACBCO.IACBCO@us.af.mil) if you experience any issues accessing the attachments.Thank you again for your patience!==============ORIGINAL SOLICITATION==============This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the DoD Information Analysis Center (DoD IAC) Basic Center of Operations (BCO) Contract. Official Notice to all Offerors the DoD IAC BCO has been posted to the Federal Business Opportunities Website as of 12 November 2019. This acquisition is being solicited as 100% small business set aside. All Inquiries including Questions on the RFP shall be submitted no later than close of business 26 November 2019. Please note that Section J contains a number of Attachments to include but not limited to: Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors, Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award, Past Performance Attachments, etc. All attachments are identified in Section J of the RFP. All Offerors are advised to review the RFP closely since a number of revisions have been made since the release of the draft RFP. Offerors may submit proposals prior to RFP due date. Interested parties should continue to watch Federal Business Opportunities as the government will post documents as needed.
