- N0016420Q0046 - SOLE SOURCE - TEST, TEAR DWON AND EVALUATION (TT&E) OF FIVEEACH VISIBLE SENSOR ASSEMBLY (VIS)- FSG J058 - NAICS 811213ISSUE DATE 05 DEC 2019- CLOSING DATE 05 JAN 2020 - 4:30PM Eastern TimeITEM DESCRIPTION - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement forTest, Tear Down and Evaluation (TT&E) on FIVE each Visible Sensor Assembly (VIS) to includeoptions for repair,SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or servicesfor which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, BALL AEROSPACE &TECHNOLOGIES CORP., 1600 COMMERCE STREET BOULDER, CO 80301-2734, under theauthority of FAR 13.106-1. This is being sole sourced because the VIS for which the TT&E andOPTIONS for Repair are being acquired is a subassembly of the STALKER EOS System forwhich Ball Aerospace is the only supplier that can meet the delivery schedule. All responsiblesources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. However, adetermination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based uponresponses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Informationreceived will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct acompetitive procurement.Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerorsmay obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov.Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and theJoint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments.
