If you email your quote before the due date/time,but the government receives it after the due date/time, the quote is late and will not beconsidered.4. QUESTIONS with ANSWER following in RedQuestion: wanted to know if the work required can be done remotely with travel to the sites monthly/quarterly? All work is done remotely there is no work required on site.Question: Can this work be performed remotely, or are the employees expected to be on-site? All work is done remotely there is no work required on siteQuestion: Para 1.3 states, this is a new requirement. Interested vendors must have at least three (3) years of experience in providing cancer registry services and recent experience with the COC standards. This a new request for this service. This service has been ongoing by outside Vendors for over 5 years by 2 different expired and/or expiring contracts.Question: My company has over 1 year experience providing this near exact services, and performing very well on it. Will this 3 years be reconsidered, or will it eliminate me from competing on this contract? All proposals will be evaluated as prescribed in Section E.9, to include experience through Past Performance.Question: Can the Cancer Tumor Registry Services be performed remotely? Brooke Army Medical Center currently has a program virtually identical to your requirement where the services are provided remotely by CTRs. Being able to perform services remotely significantly increases the recruiting pool for CTRs and probably lowers costs as well. All work is done remotely there is no work required on siteQuestion: I didn t see any information in the Instructions to Offerors on page limits, font sizes for the technical volume. Also, where do you want the reps and certs placed, in the pricing volume? On Page 59, Instructions to Offerors, it states what is required in the proposals. There is no page limits, no front size requirement, The Reps & Certs is to be completed on-line (https://sam.gov) with your SAM registration, that should be completed prior to submission of proposal. Question: Please confirm the attachment size stated in the solicitation of 5 GB. The largest I have seen thus far is 10 MB, so that is a substantial increase in file size handling capability, which is excellent if true! Thank you, great catch on the size limit of our server. It is 8 MB.
