- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a sole source basis to the approved Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Barfield, Inc. (CAGE 21844) in Miami, FL, for the procurement of five (5) Barfield DPS 1000 RVSM Pitot-Static Test Sets, P/N: 101-01175 and the corresponding PIN pass codes and calibration procedures. The PIN pass codes and calibration procedures for the part are proprietary to Barfield, Inc. (CAGE 21844).The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
