The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a modification for delivery order N61340-19-F-0149 under the NAWCTSD Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), for the acquisition of P-8 Poseidon spare parts with The Boeing Company, Saint Louis, MO, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.”
