- Description
- It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339992 the Small Business size standard is 1000. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The Government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award will be issued on an all or none basis.
