- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS POSTING. ONLY DRAFT GFI CAN BE PROVIDED IN CONJUCTION WITH THIS NOTICE UPON REQUEST. NO OTHER SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME, OTHER THAN WHAT IS POSTED WITH THIS NOTICE.The Government is posting/providing the attached draft documents in order to receive feedback from the industry, which may be used in the preliminary planning purposes and assist in development of the final solicitation (Request for Proposal). The GFI data currently consolidated can be provided to those interested parties if requested via email. Please email John McComas at john.l.mccomas@usace.army.mil and Teresa Lee at Teresa.A.Lee@usace.army.mil and include in your subject line, "GFI Request for W911KB-20-R-0005 - F2F Environmental Compliance."DISCLAIMER: Please note the PWS, CLIN/subCLIN structure, and GFI lists are *DRAFTS* and are subject to change prior to issuance of the solicitation. Please do not contact anyone from USACE/Air Force regarding this PWS other than the contracting POC below. USACE reserves the right not to solicit these requirements, or to use a solicitation method other than beta.sam.gov.Feedback and Questions regarding the PWS, draft CLIN/subCLIN structure, and GFI list may be submitted via email to john.l.mccomas@usace.army.mil no later than 6 January 2020 at 2:00 PM Alaska Standard Time. The Government reserves the right to not answer inquiries during the pre-solicitation phase.
