- Description
- The National Institutes of Health has an requirement to enter into a contract for Preventative Maintenance Agreement for the DaVinci SI Robot.The PMA is a complete care plan, this plan provides a guaranteed response time within 24 hours of notification, live phone support with technical support engineers,and after hours support provided twenty four hours a day/seven days a week. Periodoc software enhancements are provided and required for existing features by updating user functionality.
