- The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate a new procurement modification under existing contract N00030-16-C-0005 issued on a sole-source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), Pittsfield, MA.This procurement will address providing of engineering services to modify previously constructed Navigation cabinets to a tactical configuration due to change in design specification under existing contract N00030-16-C-0005.This effort is inextricably linked to work already being performed by GDMS under Contract N00030-16-C-0005, which was awarded 01 October 2015 using other than full and open competition.Contractor: General Dynamics Mission SystemsPlace of Contract Performance: Pittsfield, MA
