- The Springfield, Ohio Air National Guard Base Contracting Office intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for Project No: WAAR152202, ADAL Civil Engineering, Buildings 151 & 119. The Springfield, Ohio Air National Guard has a requirement for the remodel and additions to civil engineering Building 151, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, security, finishes, and new construction. Also included is the remodel of both Buildings 119a and 119b, including finishes, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and incidental related work.
