- Extension to sources sought for 14 days due to the TDP now being available which will require a DD2345 to be recieved by the POC's for approval of a controlled file. That controlled file will be sent through ARL SAFE as a compressed zip file.AN/TYQ23A (V)1 Sources SoughtThe fleet currently consists of 18 AN/TYQ-23A (V)1 units, and the scope of this effort is to produce one more unit, with the possibility of producing a second unit if the Government so chooses. Any units that are produced on this effort will need to be in configuration with the rest of the fleet.The contractor will be responsible for producing the unit(s) in accordance with the Technical Data Package that will be released by the Government with the Sources Sought.The Government will also release test cases that will be used for the testing of the unit(s) to ensure that the final produced AN/TYQ-23A(V)1 unit(s) will be in configuration with the fleet and function as needed. The contractor will be responsible for holding internal testing, Government witnessed PITCO, and a Site Acceptance Test (SAT).The contractor will also be responsible for supply chain management of all parts required for each unit, including pipeline spares.Each unit will have software requirements, currently the Government has the software baseline required for each AN/TYQ-23A(V)1 unit and will provide the software to the contractor. However, if there is an update to any software, the Government will provide the updated version to the contractor for implementation in the unit(s).If any update is needed to TO’s (Organizational Level and Depot Level) the contractor will provide updates IAW current Air Force Technical Manual Contract Requirements (TMCR).
