To submit alocation for inspection contact this office by the Expressions of Interest Due date, below - owners and exclusiveagents only, please.General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:State:WACity:SeattleDelineated Area:Seattle Central Business District within a 2 block radius of 1110 Third Ave Seattle, WA 98101Space Type:Reserved and Covered ParkingParking Spaces (Total):62Parking Spaces (Surface):0Parking Spaces (Structured):62Parking Spaces (Reserved):62Full Term:120 MonthsFirm Term:60 MonthsAdditional Requirements:Needs to be within a 2 block radius of 1110 Third Ave Seattle, WA 98101Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.The U.S. Government currently occupies 62 reserved, secured, and covered parking spaces in downtown Seattle and intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
