- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not obligate the government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any contractor responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently appropriate. Respondents are advised that the government is under no obligation to acknowledge the receipt of the information received or to provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation.The Oregon Air National Guard is performing market research to identify potential contractors who have the skills, experience and knowledge required to perform; seismic upgrades, HVAC replacement/ improvements, roof replacement, ceiling replacement, gutters and downspouts, exterior lighting, interior reconfigurations/finishes, interior lighting, major renovations, technology systems added to renovated spaces, and install new plumbing and fixtures for an industrial commercial building at 116th ACS, Camp Rilea, Air National Guard Base, Warrenton, Oregon.Government Furnished Equipment will not be available for this effort. The contractor is responsible to provide all personnel, services, facilities, technical expertise and materials to accomplish disassembly, test, evaluation and disposal of all residual hardware, explosives, and material. This includes execution of all associated miscellaneous tasks.Project Magnitude: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, which has a corresponding size standard of $36.5M.Interested firms are to complete pages 1-2 of the Sources Sought Information Request Form. In addition firms are encouraged to include the following information:(1) A positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor.(2) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry.(3) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.This sources sought was previously posted May 2019.
