Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA Regional Office Procurement Office Central, Network Contracting Office 10, located at 3140 Governor’s Place Blvd., Suite 210, Kettering, OH 45409 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price order to Trac Technologies, 45881 Glen Court, Macomb, MI, 48044. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. The associated North American Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541511.Requirement: 1. Unlimited release upgrades and help desk support included for up to (10) users. 1 EA2. Annual One-Year license renewals 1 EA 3. Annual One-Year license renewals 1 EA 4. Annual One-Year license renewals 1 EA 5. Annual One-Year license renewals 1 EA 6. Patient Interface 1 EA This notice of satisfies the requirement of subparagraph FAR 5.201(b)(1), publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available at this time. Interested parties may give written notice to Dionna.JonesBanks@va.gov by 5:00pm EST on December 11, 2019. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based on responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.Inquires shall be emailed to Dionna.JonesBanks@va.gov.
