- This is a Sole Source Synopsis! The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to EBSCO Industries, Inc., 10 Estes street, Ipswich, MA 01938-2106 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) requires continue access to SocINDEX with Full Text, PsycINFO and PsycINFO online publications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519130; the size standard is 1000 employees. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The 45th Contracting Squadron has determined that EBSCO Industries, Inc. is the only source that is authorized to provide all three publications. As a result, a competitive solicitation will not be issued; however, the Government will consider any responses received from responsible sources that are authorized to provide all three publications. Responses must be received by 20 Dec 2019, 10:00 AM Eastern time and emailed to cardin.crossland@us.af.mil. Phone calls will not be accepted! The Government will not be liable for any costs associated with this synopsis! The attached Single Source Justification is made available to Industry.
