- Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic intends to sole source a contract to R.S. Means Company, LLC, for the commercial purchase of the RSMeans Costworks software providing new and renovation construction data including work labor costs for the current and past calendar years. The contract term will be for one year. Only one responsible source is able to provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirements. This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Liz Roberts at elizabeth.l.roberts@navy.mil. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. If no written responses are received by 12:00 PM ET, 16 December 2019, the contract will be awarded without further notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210, Software Publishers, and the SBA size standard is $41.5 million.
