- Network Contracting Office 10 hereby issues Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C25020Q0159 for the firing range service for VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System. The range must be an already established range, this is not a request to build a range. Anticipated award date is December 20, 2019 for a period of five years. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking www.beta.SAM.gov for any solicitation amendments that may be issued during the offer period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% unrestricted in the open market. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611699. The size standard is $12 million.
