- Solicitation W912P920B0001- posted 06 December 2019The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking firms with demonstrated capabilities and experience for construction services necessary for the US Army Corps of Engineers - St. Louis, Missouri.The requirement is Crain’s Island Habitat Rehabilitation and Enhancement Project (HREP), Upper Mississippi River Restoration (UMRR). Work includes but is not limited to furnishing all equipment, labor, services, supplies and materials necessary to construct Phase 1 of the HREP project. In general, the goal of the construction project is to remove existing timber and stone structures, excavate pilot channels and swale wetlands, and construction of embankment.Solicitation Number W912P920B0001 will be issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, Competitive Procurement.The NAICS code for the work is 237990, Other Heavy and Engineering Construction. The SBA Size Standard is $39.5 Million. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package.The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). There will be a public bid opening. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 06 December 2019. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. The solicitation package will be posted on beta.sam.gov. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the posting on beta.sam.gov. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored.Potential offerors MUST register at the St. Louis Contracting Division Home page at http://www.mvs.usace.army.mil/ct/ct/ht and/or at www.beta.sam.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation.
