- AMENDMENT 0001. This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Proposals for the National Park Service, Olympic National Park (OLYM), for placement of new 2-inch thick asphalt concrete paving over OLYM-prepared substrate on the Hurricane Hill Trail. This amendment is necessary to extend the response date and provide text for offerors to make a pen-and-ink change to specifications Section 01 11 00 (Item 1.1, Sub-Item A, number 1). * * * * * * RESPONSE DATE IS EXTENDED, changed from Friday, December 20, 2019 to Friday, January 3, 2020. * * * * * * PEN AND INK CHANGE TO SPECS. Offerors shall make a pen-and-ink change to add the following sentence (shown here as all-caps text) to Specifications Section 01 11 00 Summary of Work, 1.1 Work Restrictions, Item A: �1. Work shall occur between July 6, 2010 and September 3, 2020 WITH THE EXCEPTIN OF JULY 25TH TO AUGUST 8TH, WHEN THE PARK'S GOAT REMOVAL OPERATIONS WILL OCCUR.� * * * * * * Standard Form 30, Amendment 001, is incorporated into this solicitation as Attachment no. 9. * * * * * * REMINDER: Proposals are due by 4:30pm (PST) on January 3, 2020, submitted electronically by email to Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov. Refer to Section L and M of Attachment no. 3, Terms-Clauses, for full details of what to include in proposal. * * * * * * ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL.
