- Memaloose and Rocky Island Stablization: Work consists of stabilizing areas with soil bags and seed mixture due to wind erosion on Memaloose Island and filling holes with soil material on Rocky Island. Access and disturbance to the ground on the islands are required to be minimal. All work on the island(s) must be done by non-mechanical means. Please see attached Solicitation for more information.
