Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid.This request for proposal is Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Enhanced Export Control applies. This is a Critical Application Item, Higher level quality is required. A Northrop Grumman License Agreement 14 Restricted Technical Data Package exists for this item. Data non-disclosure and data destruction conditions apply. FAT Government is required, total required delivery schedule is 420 days after receipt of order. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, which includes one one-year base period and provisions for four one-year option periods.The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
