The Government proposes to acquire on a Firm-Fixed Price contract, a quantity of 70 each of a MANIFOLD ACTUATOR; NSN: 1680-01-117-1265; Part Number: 145H7342-2 applicable to the BK CH-47 Chinook weapon system.Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 5 each, 499 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 5 each, 499 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX. 78419-5255.This item is restricted to THE BOEING COMPANY, CAGE Code: 77272The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. "THE FOLLOWING BOEING DRAWING 145H7342 REV F AND PL145H7342 REV H ARE NOT CURRENTLY HOUSED WITHIN AMCOM EDIS. INABILITY TO OBTAIN THE LISTED DRAWING AND PARTS LIST HAS RESULTED IN A TECHNICAL DATA DEFICIENCY WITHIN THIS TDP, AND HAS RESULTED IN RESTRICTING THE PROCUREMENT TO THE PRIME CONTRACTOR/ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER (OEM)". SOURCE APPROVAL REQUESTS (SARS) WON'T BE ENTERTAINED AT THIS TIME DUE TO MISSING DATA. THERE IS ALSO A REQUIREMENT FOR FORGING QUALIFICATION WHICH IS PART OF THE SAR PROCESS.All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
