- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICEThe Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 is conducting market research to help determine the availability and technical capabilities of qualified vendors who can provide and install Fuel Oil Day Tank which include components below for the Wichita, KS VAMC. Provide and install Day Tank which include all inlet flow control devices, valves, level controls, pump controls, indicators, alarms and all other devices as required to form an integrated functional system, such that field installation is restricted largely to external piping, wiring, and such intermediate devices that are required by code and/or good engineering practice to interconnect the bulk source of supply to the day tank, the day tank to the Emergency Generators and to provide for external vents as per local codes and UL142, NFPA31 and NFPA37. The system shall be a Model SRS Packaged Design Fuel Oil Day Tank as manufactured by Simplex, Inc., Springfield, Illinois for compatible with existing components already in use.POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE:1) Company NameAddress Point of Contact Phone, Fax, and Email DUNS number Cage CodeType of business, (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), 8(a), HUB Zone, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), or Large Business)2) Statement of Capability that demonstrates ability of providing the radiopharmaceuticals and past performance with this type of requirement. YES or NOThis notice is to assist the NCO 15 in determining sources only. This announcement is not a request for proposals or quotations. The Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement.
