- Contracting at the Miami VA Medical Center is seeking sources capable of providing dry ice (CO2), on a weekly basis, in both pellet and solid form, in sealed containers. All dry ice shall conform to applicable specifications (FDA, Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP), etc).The Contracting Officer is also seeking industry s input on the volatility of the dry ice market, as the current procurement request is for a five year contract. If interested in the described procurement, please email the CO at the address provided in this notice and include your business size status and DUNS number. Please also provide input on the following:Can reliable pricing be provided that will cover a period of five years? Is this type of procurement better suited for a one year period of performance?Inputs will assist the CO in determining appropriate contract length, as well as acquisition set-aside.
