- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICEThe Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 is conducting market research to help determine the availability and technical capabilities of qualified vendors for award a BPA to a single contractor for a laboratory document management system software. VISN 15 is procuring a document control software for our clinical laboratories to meet all required regulatory standards.DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/STATEMENT OF WORKSCOPE OF PROCUREMENT:The Government will award a BPA to a single contractor for a laboratory document management system software. VISN 15 is procuring a document control software for our clinical laboratories to meet regulatory standards. This will be a single vendor award with one base year and four, one-year options. The system shall be acquired for each of the clinical laboratories located at the VISN facilities listed in Attachment A. Facilities within VISN 15 may be added or deleted by supplemental agreement of the Government and the Contractor. Additional components may be added to the BPA as new modules become available on the market.VISN 15 will provide an estimated volume by seats as reflected below for each medical center. Pricing is based on the seats per facility. POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE:1) Company NameAddress Point of Contact Phone, Fax, and Email DUNS number Cage CodeType of business, (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), 8(a), HUB Zone, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), or Large Business)2) Statement of Capability that demonstrates ability of providing the requirement and past performance with this type of requirement. Include examples of prior completed Government contracts, references, and other related information. 3) Manufacturer YES or NODistributor YES or NOWill items be obtained from manufacturer? YES or NOThis notice is to assist the NCO 15 in determining sources only. This announcement is not a request for proposals or quotations. The Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of information in response to this announcement.Questions and responses must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. (CST) on December 11, 2019 to Donald Hannah at Donald.hannah@va.gov.
