Description: Notice of intent to award sole source to Thomson Reuters for an online investigative software. This is for the "CLEAR" software that must include at a minimum, personal locator, cellular phone number reverse look-up, and arrest records access. Two user accounts are required for a 12 month period. Access must be tailored for law enforcement investigators via desktop, laptop, tablet or cellular smartphone device. This software must be installed via internet connection with no additional installation or delivery required.
