- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District is seeking a contractor to hydraulically move approximately 100,000 CY of stockpiled dredge material (i.e. sand) from McMillan Island to the Buck Creek Placement site. McMillan Island does not have road access, and is located at Upper Mississippi River Mile (UMRM) 618.7, about three miles north of Guttenberg, Iowa. The Buck Creek site is located approximately 1 mile downstream, but the designated pipeline path will be approximately 2.2 miles.
