Description

The Solicitation, W912DR20Q0008, will be issued for Water Testing Services. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses; contains NAICS Code 541380; with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The project has an anticipated award date 10 January 2020 and will consist of a base year plus four (4) optional years.Interested parties must be registered in Beta.SAM.gov (https://beta.sam.gov) in order to be awarded a contract. Instructions for creating/registering an account may be found on Beta.sam.gov website (https://beta.sam.gov/help/contract-opportunities).Contractors shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), at the following locations:Facilities: Tioga County in North Central Pennsylvania, South of Corning, NY and North of Williamsport, PA.Administrative Office: Tioga-Hammond & Cowanesque Lakes Project, 710 Ives Run Lane, Tioga PA 16946.All Questions shall be submitted via e-mail (only) to Tiffany Pimble, tiffany.m.pimble@usace.army.mil, no later than December 18, 2019 at 2:00 PM ET.The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Tuesday, December 10, 2019, to all authenticated account holders at https://beta.sam.gov/.Please note that all Army Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered sensitive, but unclassified documents.
