- This Solicitation Amendment 0002 is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. It is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet. The response date is changed to: must be received no later than 12:00am EST on Friday, 20 December 2019 as noted on page 2 of the Solicitation SF33 as well as via e-mail to Ms. Sheila Ballard, sheila.ballard@navy.mil. Proposals shall reference "Solicitation Number N00178-20-R-4400" in subject line. Proposals received after that time may not be considered for award.All other requirements of the original posted Solicitation and requirements therein remain unchanged and in effect.NOTE: This Solicitation is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
