This is a Public Pre-Solicitation Notice:DLA Disposition Services is planning to offer future generations of certain Usable Rolling Stock Surplus Property located at multiple Department of Defense (DOD) CONUS locations under two sales contracts. DOD Rolling Stock Term Sale East (RSTS-E) DOD Rolling Stock Term Sale West (RSTS-W)DLA Disposition Services intends to hold a Pre-Solicitation Conference on January 15, 2020 at DLA Disposition Services Jacksonville Florida, located at 8297 Roosevelt Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32212.Please email your question to: DLA.RSTS.EWC@dla.mil This Pre-Solicitation Workshop Notice is for informational and planning purposesonly and does not constitute a formal Request For Technical Proposal (RFTP).This Pre-Solicitation Conference Notice is not to be construed as a commitment by theGovernment. This is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Governmentto issue a solicitation, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involvedin any action in response to this notice. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor https://beta.sam.gov/ for updates.Directions from JAX Airport: Take 295-S to Exit 10, stay in the left lane (Roosevelt Blvd/Hwy 17, heading N). Follow Roosevelt Blvd/Hwy 17, heading N, for less than a half mile. Facility is located on the left, surrounded by a tall green fence and indicated by a large blue sign stating “DLA”. The Jacksonville Disposition Services facility is located at 8297 Roosevelt Blvd, Jacksonville FL 32212.You must provide your credentials (State-issued driver’s license, Passport, etc.) to Base Security where you and your vehicle may be searched.
