- Product Manager Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (PdM I3MP) Interested Parties,After careful review of all pertinent market research, including all responses posted to FedBizOpps (FBO), General Services Administration (GSA) vehicle One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS), and Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) vehicle Information Technology Enterprises Solutions-3 (ITES-3S), the Army has established an Acquisition Strategy. The Army has determined the CHESS ITES-3S will be utilized to fulfill their SETA / PMO support services requirement as a 100% small business set aside. If your firm is a small business and holds an ITES-3S contract, we encourage you to participate by submitting an offer to the upcoming fair opportunity request for task order proposal (RFTOP). It is anticipated the RFTOP will be released via CHESS ITES-3S in the 2nd quarter of fiscal year 2020. If your firm does not hold a contract with ITES-3S, you can find a list of all contract holders at https://chess.army.mil/Contract/Program?Name=ITES-3S. ACC-RI encourages you to contact ITES-3S industry partners if you are interested in participating in this requirement in a subcontract capacity.We thank you for participating in the market surveys and market research.Note: The resulting RFTOP will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 to CHESS ITES-3S; therefore, hardcopies will not be provided, as CHESS will notify all vendors of the RFTOP posting.This RFTOP will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation, and is in fact unable, to maintain a “bidder’s” mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the CHESS website, or contact your industry partners, in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same.
