- Description
- The purpose of this announcement is to notify industry of the upcoming release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Special Operation Forces (SOF) C-130 Precision Strike Package (PSP) Technical Documentation Project (TDP) originally posted under FA8509-19-R-0020. This effort serves to provide updates to the technical manuals in support of the PSP aboard the SOF C-130 fleet. At this time, the Special Operations Forces/Personnel Recovery (SOF/PR) Office at Robins, AFB at Warner Robins, GA has an estimated solicitation issue date of late January 2020. The applicable NAICS code for this effort is 541330, Engineering Services exception A with a size standard of $41.5M. As stated in the original posting, this effort will be a Total Small Business Set Aside and has been determined commercial pursuant to FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The solicitation will include three (3) Contract Line Items (CLINs) for X001 Technical Data Development, X002 Over and Above, and X003 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs). This effort will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and is estimated to have one (1) Basic Year and two (2) annual Option Years. In accordance with AF 16-201, for this contracting notice, the participation of foreign entities is not permitted.Interested respondents are instructed to view the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1), Draft Section L - Instructions to Offerors (Attachment 2), Draft Section M - Evaluation Criteria (Attachment 3), Draft Awardable/Capability Task (Attachments 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8), Draft Pricing Spreadsheet (Attachment 8), and Draft CLIN Structure.The Government requests any questions and/or concerns be submitted to Anna Reeves and Amanda Ragan no later than 17 December 2019 4:30PM EST. The Government plans to consolidate all questions received from industry and collectively address all questions and/or concerns. These answers will be posted to Beta SAM.
