- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials and labor to install a total of six (6) Energy Starrated mini-split ductless air conditioning/heat pump systems at the Hop Brook Lake Project office, five (5) EnergyStar rated mini-split ductless air conditioning/heat pump systems at the Naugatuck River Basin Office, one (1)Energy Star rated, mini-split ductless air conditioning/ heat pump system at the Stamford Hurricane Barrier Officein Stamford, CT, one (1) Energy Star rated mini-split ductless air conditioning/heat pump system at the ThomastonDam Office, one (1) Energy Star rated mini-split ductless air conditioning/heat pump system at the Black RockLake Office, two (2) Energy Star rated mini-split ductless air conditioning/heat pump systems at the ColebrookRiver Lake Office for a total of 16 units.Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitationwill only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal BusinessOpportunities website (www.fbo.gov).This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a SmallBusiness Size Standard of $16.5 Million.ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION INORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
