Description

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment for removing the existing concrete toe ditch with headwalls and reinforced concrete pipe, installing the new relief wells, demolishing the existing relief wells, and constructing the new concrete toe ditch with headwalls and reinforced concrete pipe. Principal features of the work include mobilization and demobilization, concrete removal, demolition, excavation and backfill, control of water, concrete placement, grouted riprap placement, placement of graded stone, engineering fabric, installation of relief wells, erosion control, storm water pollution prevention, and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 Plans and specifications will be available on the Web Page at https://beta.sam.gov/. Bidders may register on the Interested Vendor’s List (IVL) at https://beta.sam.gov/ and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders are encouraged to check often for changes (AMENDMENTS) to posted solicitations ISSUE DATE ON OR ABOUT: 12/30/2019. BID OPENING DATE AND TIME: 1/30/2019.
