- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation 70Z080-20-Q-P4536100 for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-87 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited is being issued by the USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center located in Norfolk, Virginia with the anticipation of awarding a Sole Source Firm Fixed (FFP) Purchase Order to CHAND, LLC, 157 Mathews, LA 70375. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 336611. This synopsis/ solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), and the resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.
