- An RFQ will be issued for the award of a one-time purchase order for several NSNs in various quantities of the Chemical Light stick: NSNs 6260012094435, 6260012308596, 6260012308597, 6260012308599, 6260012470364, 6260012470365, and 6260012470366. Deliveries are to be FOB Origin and shipped to a DLA Depot (stock). This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis (small business set-asides do not apply for this acquisition). Proposals will be evaluated using Price Only source selection procedures.NOTE: Please reference solicitation number SPE8E7-20-Q-0044. Copies of this solicitation will be available on the Business System Modernization - DLA Internet Bid Board System, the DIBBS website, after the solicitation opening date at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Search RFQs" from the main window tool bar. Then search by the Solicitation number you wish to download. RFQs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. The following is additional information: All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. After solicitation opening date, copies of the solicitation will be available on the DIBBS website. Interested parties will be able to obtain and view all necessary information to respond to the solicitation.
