- RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE ARE DUE BY 12:00:00 PM Eastern, WHICH SUPERSEDES THE 11:59pm EASTERN RESPONSE TIME SHOWN IN THE GENERAL INFORMATION SECTION ABOVE. As a reminder, the response time identified in the Solicitation Instruction to offerors is the final authority of when responses are due. _____________________________________________________________________ Attached RFQ N6523620Q0086 is hereby issued with the Government's requirements. The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlantic has a requirement for annual AirMagnet Software and Licenses renewal. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a Small Business for the requirements listed below will satisfy agency requirements. netAlly Systems, (formerly NetScout) is the sole manufacturer and holds proprietary rights. If you are an authorized reseller of netAlly Systems, please provide a capability statement that states quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. The Contracting Officer will verify quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the requested items. All proposals will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quotes are due to Marlon Jones Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Friday, 13 December 2019. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received. The Government will accept quotes via email at: marlon.j.jones@navy.mil. See attached RFQ for specific details regarding this requirement.
