- RFQ-036C25819Q0333 is cancelled and being reissued under RFQ-36C25820Q0058.PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contract Office (NCO) 22 - Gilbert intends to solicit access for ABILITY COMPLETE software services for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System Carl T. Hayden Medical Center.This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a Pre-solicitation notice publication only. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Please do not submit a proposal in response to this pre-solicitation notice. A solicitation is not currently available. The VA anticipates making a Single Award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The period of performance will be for a base year period with four (4) year renewable option periods to be exercised at the option of the Government.
