- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement; market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No quotes or proposals are being request or accepted with this synopsis. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) has been tasked to solicit and award a contract for services to perform support services for the Programming Administration and Execution System (PAX) to provide the U.S. Army, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), installations, and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies with a technologically advanced real-time Web-based browser accessible portal environment which hosts several major applications. Please note the Performance Work Statement requires system administrators with DISA privileges for application rights and root access. See the attached PWS for additional information. HECSA is requesting Capability Statements/Statements of Qualification from vendors interested in this opportunity. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit a Capability Statements/Statements of Qualification for this RFI. Interested vendors submitting responses are required to complete the attached Supplemental Questionnaire. This RFI supplements previously released RFI # 303551. A simultaneous cross-posting will be posted to Contracting Opportunities on beta.sam.gov (formerly fbo.gov). The PWS has been updated with respect to additional details for DISA privileges required. The solicitation is anticipated between 6-10 January 2020.
