- This is a Sources Sought notice. This notice DOES NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. This Sources Sought is a market research tool being utilized to determine potential offerors. This is not a solicitation for quotes and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided by an e-mail response. No presentations will be scheduled.In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.2, The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota, is conducting a Sources Sought notice for one (1) Dentist to provide onsite General Dentistry Services for the Fort Thompson IHS Health Care Center, Fort Thompson, South Dakota. Assignment shall require 8-hour shift, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, additional hours may be required to accommodate unexpected patient care. The typical workweek will be 40 hours. Any hours worked beyond a 40-hour time frame will be paid at the regular stated contract hourly rate. All federal holidays will be observed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes are 621 - Health Care and Social Assistance, 621210, Offices of Dentists, with a Small Business Size Standard of $8.0 million.The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in Native-Owned, 8(a), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your business status to the identified NAICS code. The written responses to this notice should consist of the following items: Company Name Company Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number Company point of contact, mailing address, e-mail address telephone number, fax number and website address. Name, telephone number and e-mail address of a company point of contact that has the authority and knowledge to clarify responses with government representatives.
