- In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) single source, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), intends to issue an order on a Sole Souce basis to General Electric of Sechenectady, New York, for GE Positive Sequance Load Flow Software Support.This is not a request for competitive proposal/quotes.Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated prodict may submit supporting documents demonstrating capability and past performance.
