- SCOPE OF WORK: The Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, Office of Unemployment Insurance requires the following services: Prompt access to bills (inclusive of Executive Orders and other legislative actions) introduced in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the United States Congress (it is desirable, though not required, to have this information for the U.S. Virgin Islands as well). This includes: Customized private files and reports, including customized screening Capability to search and retrieve full text of bills Ability to search by topic Availability of summaries and status updates of bills Availability of House of Senate Journals Availability of section specific effective dates Ability to compare versions of bills Ability to tag bills by topic Ability to attach documents to bills Availability of embedded hyperlinks in bills to statutes that are being amended, where available Prompt access to regulations introduced in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the United States Federal Agencies. This includes: Customized private files and reports, including customized screening Capability to search and retrieve full text of regulations Ability to search by topic Availability of summaries and status updates of regulations Ability to compare versions of regulations Ability to tag regulations by topic Ability to attach documents to regulations Legislative information regarding the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. This includes: Customized private files and reports Availability of summaries and status updates of bills Ability to tag bills by topic Ability to attach documents to bills Secondary issue screening by a person to remove bills and regulations not related to our areas of interest.
