- 12/11/2019- The purpose of this modification is to notify offerors as it relates to quote submission information.Offerors shall submit a quote via email to Christian.dominguez1@usmc.mil or tammy.crump@usmc.mil. NO PHONE CALLS will be accepted regarding this solicitation.Quotations/bids/attachments should be submitted as a pdf document via email to tammy.crump@usmc.mil with a copy to christian.dominguez1@usmc.mil. Each email may not exceed 5MB in size due to server/network restrictions. Submit multiple emails if necessary to ensure timely receipt of your bid. Only pdf email attachments are authorized. Any other email attachment types will be rejected by this agencies servers. All bids should include an overall total price in addition to individual pricing by contract line item (CLIN).11/20/2019 - The purpose of this amendment is include Industry Questions - Part 1. Please Note: Basis of Award - Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) - Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, within solicitation that meets the Government’s delivery date.NO PHONE CALLS will be accepted regarding this solicitation.
