- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources that have the ability to provide community-based outpatient mental health and substance abuse services within 10 miles of the US Post Office at 615 6th Avenue SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401, and 0.5 miles from a Cedar Rapids Transit stop. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on April 1, 2020 with four (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all option years are renewed) on March 31, 2025. The services required for this contract include a Base Year through Option Year Four, and a Potential Six-Month Extension.
