- Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) plans to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Board Certified Vitreoretinal Specialist(s) service for the Veteran Affairs Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS) Eye Clinic in accordance with the specifications listed herein. All work performed under this contract will be completed at VA. Place of Performance: Board Certified Vitreoretinal Specialist(s) services required in this contract for beneficiaries of Veteran Affairs Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS) Eye Clinic, 6900 N Pecos Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89086.
