- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation reference number 5000074825 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-06, effective 9/10/2019. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is: 518210, and the small business size standard in number of employees is 1,000.A list of the contract line items, quantities, units of measure, the description of the requirement, dates, and place(s) of performance are identified in the IRS Price Quotation Sheet and Solicitation 2043FY-20-R-00002 document. Provisions and clauses at 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 and addenda to these provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition and are identified in the document titled, Provisions, Clauses, Addenda and Instructions.Deadline for submission of proposal and other information required is December 18, 2019 by 11 AM (Eastern Standard Time)NOTE: Interested vendors shall submit completed IR1052.209-9002, Notice and Consent To Disclose And Use Of Taxpayer Return Information with pricing to be considered for award.
