- Description
- The Contractor shall provide the services of receiving, processing, distributing anddispatching official mail, correspondence, communications and parcels for all agenciesparticipating in the CASU mail services. The types of materials to be handled include informationof various types, such as letters, magazines, newspapers, books, boxes, maps, drawings and pouchesto maximum weight of 70 pounds. The information handled includes materials of all types not "mail"per se. The Contractor shall also be responsible for picking up official outgoing correspondence,packages, mail and communications; sorting, consolidating, packing, wrapping and metering officialmail and delivering mail to the U.S. Post Offices (USPS) at the following Locations: First floor ofthe Earle Cabell Federal Building, 1100 Commerce Street, Dallas, TX 75242 and first floor of FritzG. Lanham Federal Building, 819 Taylor Street,Fort Worth, TX 76102.
